Mat and Savanna Shaw are the viral father/daughter duo that took fans by storm during Covid in 2020. When Savanna’s choir practice was cancelled due to the pandemic. Savanna started her first social media account on Instagram to connect with her friends during the lockdown. For her first post she asked her dad Mathew to sing “The Prayer” originally sung by Celine Dione. When they finished, Savanna posted her video to Instagram and Mat in order to share with family, shared it to Facebook. The next morning they noticed their song was going viral overnight.
Happy Like That is the duos fifth album and it displays the range they have in the songs they chose to sing along with the original song giving the album it’s namesake. The blend of their voice offers a pleasantness when listening to some oldies but also getting a mix of favorites for everyone. The songs are positive and uplifting and will provide our listeners with a wide range of listening in our library of music.
